Job Title: Tally Authority / Tally Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Authority to manage accounting operations, financial records, and inventory management using Tally ERP/Tally Prime. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate bookkeeping, GST compliance, and timely financial reporting while maintaining the integrity of company financial data.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
2. Record and maintain sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
3. Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts.
4. Generate invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and payment vouchers.
5. Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
6. Ensure accurate inventory and stock management in Tally.
7. Prepare GST returns and assist with tax compliance requirements.
8. Generate financial reports, MIS reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
9. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
10. Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for financial documentation.
11. Monitor data accuracy and maintain proper accounting records.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proven experience working with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and taxation.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
5. Knowledge of bookkeeping and inventory management processes.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience in handling multiple company accounts.
2. Knowledge of payroll processing in Tally.
3. Familiarity with financial audits and compliance requirements.
4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
