Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and transform them into engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct user research and gather user requirements.
2. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
3. Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
4. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
5. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
6. Perform usability testing and analyze user feedback to improve products.
7. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
8. Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
9. Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.
3. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
4. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
5. Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design approaches.
6. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
7. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
2. Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability principles.
3. Experience designing SaaS, FinTech, or e-commerce applications.
4. Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
